Louhi is a powerful witch/shaman antagonist from the Finnish epic Kalevala.

EDIT: I cropped the image little bit and tweaked few minor things to make it look little bit better. (I hate how Deviantart messes up the contrast and colors in my downloads so if anyone has a solution for that i would appreciate it very much!)
